Born and raised in New York City, Steve comes from a successful career in the fashion industry, having held senior executive positions at both Leslie Fay and Anne Klein. Frequent travelers, he and his wife made their first trip to Beaufort in May of 1986, purely for leisure purposes. They were utterly enchanted by the relaxed pace an sleepy Southern charm of the town and its residents. By the end of that serendipitous visit, they were Inn owners.
Steve is very closely involved in the business affairs and day to day operations of the Inn. He gets to know his guests and provides a wealth of information about the town and its homes on a daily basis.
