I have been a Broker in Beaufort County for the last 35 years in numerous different roles. I specialize in residential, waterfront real estate, land, and commercial real estate. I am very familiar with Beaufort’s commercial real estate market and have been very fortunate to have been involved in many of Beaufort's larger land sales as well as commercial sales.

Prior to coming to Lowcountry, I was the project Director/ Director of Sales for Battery Point Subdivision, Polawana Island and Wrights Point Plantation. While doing these three incredible developments, I established a very good working relationship with most of Beaufort's respectable, sought after builders as well as county and city officials. I developed a very extensive knowledge of not only these developments , but every development in Beaufort.

 

I am originally from Tennessee and moved to Beaufort County in 1988. I met my wife, Catherine, who moved here from New Canaan Connecticut, right here on Bay Street. We have a 25 year old son who just graduated from University of South Carolina, and a 21 year old daughter who attends College of Charleston. I am very familiar with the various school options and the wants and needs of a family with children.
